The New Jersey Council on Economic Education is a
nonprofit, nonpartisan education organization
dedicated to increasing the quantity and enhancing the quality of economic and
financial education in New Jersey's schools.
The NJCEE believes that economic education should be
provided for all students in a society that values
personal freedom and relies on individual decision
making. This means developing economic education
curricula for a wide variety of students.
The NJCEE offers programs focusing on teacher
training, curricula development, and workshops on
economic and financial topics that are cost
efficient and have a multiplier effect for each
dollar expended.
The NJCEE is affiliated with the National Council on
Economic Education and it’s national network of
state Councils on Economic Education and over 265
university based Centers for Economic Education.
